Apple IT Certifications have levels that move you up to the qualified consultant that you want to become. Start with a Lion 101 course to achieve the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) citation. You will learn about the Macintosh computer, its operating system, Mac OS X, Lion 10.7, and how to setup, support and troubleshoot the Apple way.

The Lion 201 course is designed for learning about Macintosh Servers, networking and support. Training and testing in Lion 101 and Lion 201 brings you up to an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC).

Training beyond Lion 101 and 201 to learn Deployment, XSAN and support of large networks for education or enterprise can be arranged in custom training sessions.

AppleCare Certification is for the mechanically-minded support pro. This training teaches how to troubleshoot, service and repair Macintosh computers and iOS devices. Students that complete this course and its exam are awarded the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) cert. This is the technical training every Apple Genius receives. This designation leads the way for working on AppleCare Warranty covered computers and meets the criteria for Apple Self-Servicing departments.

Apple ProApps Certifications cover the Logic, Final Cut and Aperture software packages. Certification classes are by request for groups of 4 or more.
