Apple Hardware Service Certification Training is a five-day course that teaches students how to identify and resolve issues with Apple desktop and portable computers. Students learn Apple hardware specifications, troubleshooting techniques, component isolation steps, take-apart procedures, and general service guidelines and resources: everything they need to diagnose and repair Apple desktop computers.

A combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises with iMac, MacPro, MacMini, MacBook and MacBook Pro systems provides students with a variety of opportunities to become a Mac expert.

Certification

Certification Testing

You can now take all Apple IT and Pro Apps Certification tests at our Training Centers. You can take the test at the end of one of our classes or schedule one with the centers. Please contact us to schedule a test. Pricing for Apple Certification tests is $150 or $200 depending on the test when not taken as part of a class.
