Course Description:

Mac OS X Troubleshooting for Technicians is a two-day course that focuses on identifying and resolving Mac OS X problems through troubleshooting as it relates to hardware repairs. This class itself is not required when working towards your Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification (ACMT); however, you will have to pass the exam testing the information that is covered in this class.

Cost $1000 Includes Software Exam

Both Hardware and Software exams are needed for ACMT Certification.

Certification

Certification Testing

You can now take all Apple IT and Pro Apps Certification tests at our Training Centers. You can take the test at the end of one of our classes or schedule one with the centers. Please contact us to schedule a test. Pricing for Apple Certification tests is $150 or $200 depending on the test when not taken as part of a class.
