Bootcamp starts with Leopard 101-Mac OS X Support Essentials v10.5, a three-day, hands-on course that provides an in-depth exploration of troubleshooting on Mac OS X. This course is designed to give you a tour of the breadth of functionality of Mac OS X and the best methods for effectively supporting users of Mac OS X systems. The course is a combination of lectures and hands-on case study exercises that provide practical real-world experience.

Next stop at Bootcamp is Leopard 201-Mac OS X Server Essentials v10.5. Mac OS X Server Essentials is a four-day course designed to give technical coordinators and entry-level system administrators the skills, tools, and knowledge to implement and maintain a network that uses Mac OS X Server. Students learn how to install and configure Mac OS X Server to provide network-based services, such as file sharing, authentication, and printing. Tools for efficiently managing and deploying Mac OS X and software updates are also covered. The course is a combination of lectures and hands-on case study exercises that provide practical real-world experience.

Prerequisites for these classes are basic Mac OS X knowledge and basic troubleshooting experience.

Certification

Certification Testing

You can now take all Apple IT and Pro Apps Certification tests at our Training Centers. You can take the test at the end of one of our classes or schedule one with the centers. Please contact us to schedule a test. Pricing for Apple Certification tests is $150 or $200 depending on the test when not taken as part of a class.
